These terms apply when you use thelearningdesk.in or buy coaching from The Learning Desk ("we", "us"), a registered MSME based in Panchkula, Haryana, India. By using this website or paying for our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide online coaching in two areas: Career Growth (including interview preparation, launch support and accountability coaching) and IELTS preparation. Sessions take place online, by video or phone call. The details of each program, including the number of sessions and the fee, are agreed with you before you pay.

Enquiries and free sessions

Sending an enquiry or booking a free evaluation or consult does not create any obligation for you or for us.

Fees and payment

• Fees are quoted in Indian rupees unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Payments are made online through our payment partner, Razorpay, or by another method we agree with you.
• Coaching starts once we receive the full payment, unless we agree on a different schedule.
• We do not store your card or bank details. These are handled securely by our payment partner.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel for a full refund within 5 days of payment. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy for details.

Sessions and scheduling

We agree session times with you in advance. Please join on time and let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule. We will do our best to find a new time that suits you.

Your part

• Give us accurate information about yourself and your goals.
• Complete the agreed assignments and tasks between sessions.
• Treat our coaches with respect, as we will treat you.

Results

Coaching works best when you put in the effort. Results depend on many things outside our control, such as your own work, test conditions and hiring decisions. We do not guarantee a particular IELTS band score, job offer, promotion or business result.

Coaching materials

Notes, worksheets, recordings and other materials we share are for your personal use only. Please do not copy, sell or share them with others without our written permission.

Using this website

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice. Do not misuse the website, for example by sending spam through our forms or trying to access parts that are not public.

Privacy

How we handle your personal details is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the program concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost income or opportunities.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your payment applies to that purchase.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will always try to resolve any concern with you directly first. If that is not possible, the courts at Panchkula, Haryana, will have jurisdiction.
